RASPBERRY BOURBON POPSICLES
- 1.5 oz Lonerider Spirits Bourbon Whiskey
- 12 oz ripe raspberries
- 1/4 Cup dark organic cane sugar
- 1/4 water
- 2 tbsp freshly squeeze lime juice
Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
Rinse raspberries and dry with paper towels. Lightly puree or mash raspberries (about 1.5 cups of puree) with cooled syrup, whiskey, and lime juice.
Pour in to popsicle molds and freeze.
