Join us for our first class in Durham! During our two hour beginner sushi class, we’ll teach you how to make perfect sushi rice every time, how to make all of your favorite sauces at the sushi bar (from eel sauce to BangBang), where to shop/what to buy and how to safely and confidently prepare and serve raw fish at home. We’ve been teaching this class in the Southeast US for 11 years, have taught in 17 states and have had 14k+ students. After class, you’ll receive a cheat sheet from the chef with tips, tricks, recipes and all the notes from class as well as Chef’s hand picked Amazon shopping list. Tickets are $60pp and include 2 rolls per person (we make one, you make the other.)
